Geoff is here to show you how to execute the 180 kick flip. The 180 kick flip is a variation of the simpler kick flip, but with just a little practice, you'll be pulling out 180 kick flips like a pro!
This video is How to do a 180 Kickflip. A 180 flip can be done backside, which is clockwise, or front side, which is anticlockwise. First phase is to choose what one you want, and get your feet in the right place.
Your back foot, for both, is going to be on the tail, on the end, to create the "pop", to create the "Ollie". Front foot is going to be on the heel edge pointing towards the nose. Snap the tail down, and if you're going to go front side, you're going to rotate your body anticlockwise using your foot, try to kick off the front, creating the flip and hopefully, a 180 as well.
With this one, backside, really use your shoulders to swing around. So, to recap, the 180 kickflip can be done front side or backside, and your main points are snapping the tail down using your front foot to slide off the front. You're going to use your body to either rotate anticlockwise or clockwise, depending if you want to do backside or front side 180 kickflip.
