Still hitting multiple keys on your iPhone to move back and forth from the regular keyboard to the punctuation keyboard? Not any more! Get your punctuation on in one elegant move and start sending text messages and emails you can be proud of!
Step 1: Stop Following The Rules
You don't have to hit the 123 key to get to your punctuation, and then press the ABC key to get back to typing. There's a better way, a shortcut.
Step 2: Use Your Fingers
Take your finger and gently touch the .?123 key so the punctuation keyboard appears. Now, slide your finger to a punctuation key - and once you hit it, release. That's it. Let go.
Step 3: Automatic Response
Look at your keyboard. The punctuation keyboard has disappeared, and the regular keyboard has returned. Now you can type as usual.
