Step 1: Get Organized

Place all of your new pictures into a folder on your hard drive and label it whatever you like.

Step 2: Bring It In

Add your folder to your Zune library by clicking on the options tab and choosing "Add Folder to Library." Use the "browse" function to find the folder you made and select it.
