Baking soda has been used to treat upset stomachs for years. Mix a spoonful in some water and drink. If you have any special health concerns, you may need to consult your doctor first.
Step 3: Take Herbs
Peppermint oil has a soothing effect on your stomach. Try it in your favorite candy, or in some herbal tea.
Step 4: Lay Down
A quick nap may help your stomach ache to pass, and lying down on your left side while curling up your knees up may also help you settle.
Step 5: Avoid Bad Food
Prevention is the best medicine. Greasy, spicy or rich foods are often a cause of an upset stomach, so try to cut out the nachos, footlong coney dogs and deep-fried candy bars. If you must have them, try not to overdo it.
