How To Apply Express Nails

Hi, my name is Reena. I'm from Nail Creations and I'm going to show you how to create nail art designs, nice and simple. I'm about to show you how to apply an express nail to the nail bed.

If you've got a very short nail bed, then the express nail literally goes on to the base of the nail. We're going to file off the corners so it fits in position, so I'm literally, I'm just taking off the corners, just keep filing it but try not to file it too much off the corners because then it won't fit. Clean out the ends, position it straight down.

The reason why it's an express nail because it can stay on for a week or we call them weekend nails, literally you can just have them on for the weekend. Make sure you clean it and position it through; that fits nicely. Then you're going to get your resin, you're going to apply it to where the groove is, just go across.

And then we flip it over, then you position it down to the cuticle and you press down. You make sure there are no air bubbles on the actual nail or inside, so it lasts longer. Hold it down for a couple of seconds, put a lot more pressure down and then you release it and that's the express nail.

And that could be then cut down to which size or length. Always make sure that you cut from one side and then you go to the other side, if you cut down the middle, it will shatter the nail. And then you file it, position it, keep it nice and square, take off the corners.

Get your dusting brush; make sure you take off all the dust. And that's how you apply express nail. .
