How To Apply Eye Products

And, through today's fashions with rich thick mascaras, it's important that we ensure that we are cleaning the eyes properly. Melvita has a dedicated eye makeup remover. It's incredibly gentle and anti-inflammatory.

This one is a bio-phase solution which means it must be shaken before use. Benedict is going to show you how to best use the eye makeup remover. The first stage, after you have shaken the product, is to apply a nice amount covering a cotton pad- two cotton pads, one for each eye.

Once the cotton pad has a decent covering of product, soak the eyes by closing both eyes and place the cotton pads over the eye. Gently press to ensure that the product comes in contact with the eyelashes and the eyelids. This ensures that you have a reasonable covering of product over the areas that need it most.

Once the product is then absorbed onto the eye area gently with sweeping motions, move the cotton pad downwards the full length of the lashes. This will start to remove any of the waterproof mascara. Once you've done that, flip the cotton pad to remove any last traces.

Then you can start to work upwards. It's important to make sure when cleaning the eye that you are not applying too harsh of pressure. Simple, gentle, light swipes of the cotton pad should be enough to remove any of the makeup.

So now that we have got perfectly clean eyes, many of us like to apply a dedicated eye gel or eye cream. Melvita has a cream gel consistency which is really really light which means you are able to apply makeup over the top. To apply this product, simply use a tiny tiny pea sized amount that will spread over both eyes.

Split the amount between your fourth fingers and dab in circular motions around the orbital bone. You can smooth across the eyebrow to ensure a nice, smooth finish. And that is how you apply eye products. .
