Apply a light moisturiser to your face and let it sink in for a few minutes before applying primer. The primer can be applied onto the forehead or under the eyes to smooth out lines and wrinkles, and help your foundation last longer. Use your fingers to apply the primer to the areas where your make-up doesn't last, such as the chin, lips or eyelids. It can help eyeshadow lock into place for up to 12 hours. Allow the primer to sink in before putting on any foundation. Applying a silicone based foundation will complement the primer.
