and commercials for the past thirteen years. Today I'm going to show you some tips and tricks
on how to produce professional looking makeup. So I'm going to show you how to apply foundation
with a sponge.

This is a non latex wedge. You have to be careful when you're using latex because
a lot of people are allergic to it. And other people like to use a foundation brush, so if you
try both and see which one you like.

I tend to prefer the sponge. So once you've chosen the
foundation colour that suits your skin. The best way to check this if you're buying in a shop
is to put it along the jaw line and if it fades away without any demarcation line you know it's
the right colour.

You can also try it on the forehead. So that disappears into the skin so you
can see that's the right colour for this persons face.
So I'm just going to continue applying the foundation all around the face.

When you get near
to the hairline it's best to turn the wedge around and fade it into the hairline so that you don't
have a demarcation line as well. So don't forget to go right to the edge and again if you want to
use your clean side of your sponge just towards the edge to soften the line into the neck. So that's
how you apply foundation with a sponge.
