  • Lucas papaw ointment is great if you want to keep moisture locked in to your lips.
  • Take some ointment with your finger and dab it all over the lips, making sure you stay within the lip outline.
  • You can apply lip cream about ten minutes before you apply lipstick; this will sink into the skin and provide a great primer for your lipstick to go on.
