Some people just have them since they're young, and that's hard to fix. This is an interesting guide. But the fact that I couldn't even see the girl's face properly(not even in the end) bothered me quite much. It's easier to learn when you can actually see what's being done rather than just listen. It's a long video. And if you have nothing to look there for reference. You just get distracted in the middle of the speech.
