How To Apply Shimmer Blush
This VideoJug film is designed to show you how to apply a shimmer blush. Myriam guides you with some very good tips and techniques on how to make your cheekbones look their best.
Hi, I'm Myriam. I'm a makeup artist, and today I'm going to show you lots of different looks on how to apply different eye shadows, different coloured eye shadows, create some classic looks, but also some wild looks to go out. Hi.
I'm now going to show you how to apply a shimmery blush. To apply your blush, you want a blusher brush which can be an angled brush or just a large brush. The angled brush is good because it will follow the shape of your face, and it's great for contouring.
I like to apply a blusher quite high on the cheekbones. That way, it works pretty much on anyone and any face shape. Although it looks very glittery like this, it's not that glittery, so you can apply it all over.
It's really beautiful, very nice for an evening or for summer. You apply your brush quite high on the cheekbones. What you can do is use your foundation brush.
Always apply your blush over your foundation and you just slightly blend it with your blusher brush so it looks less and it looks more natural. With your blusher brush, you just blend slightly your blusher. To make it more sparkly, you can use a face highlighter.
I'm going to use this one here. With the face highlighter, what I'm going to do is just use it here on the top of the cheekbone. Here, just under the eye.
That area will reflect the light so I'll get this really beautiful cheekbone. I'll do the same on the other side. That's a really beautiful look when you know you're going to be photographed because the light will pick up on the cheek.
That will create some really nice high cheekbones and also helps brighten up the eye area because it's quite close to the eye. I'm applying this after the blusher. You can do it before the blusher.
It's no problem. If you don't have a creamy one, what you can do is use a shimmery white eye shadow and just apply it here with a brush or with your fingers. And that's my finished look.
So, I hope you enjoyed all the different looks we created for you. If you want any more details, you can always go on my website. .
