How To Apply Sparkly Eyeshadow

Prime the eyelids with foundation and translucent powder all over the eye socket to even the skin tone.

Apply sparkly eyeshadow with a flat brush working from the base of the eyelashes towards the socket.

Use one tone and blend up and outwards towards the ear.

Don't apply sparkly eyeshadow to the lower eyelid.

Finish the look with lip gloss and winged eyeliner.
