How To Avoid Wrinkles

How to avoid wrinkles: Beauty therapist Sarah Chapman gives VideoJug users her advice on the best ways to help prevent and avoid wrinkles.

Step 1:

Daily skincare routine

To help prevent wrinkles make sure you have a good cleansing routine, Exfoliate a couple of times a week to get rid of dead skin and use an anti-ageing serum and moisturiser with SPF 15 to protect your skin from the ageing effects of the sun.

Step 2:

Anti-ageing products

Use anti-ageing products from the age of 30. Look for products containing sunscreen, peptides and anti-oxidants.

Step 3:

Face massage

This will help to give your skin a glow, improve cell regeneration and circulation.

Step 4:

Diet

Aim for a diet rich in oily fish. Increase your levels of anti-oxidants by eating deeply coloured fruit and vegetables such as blueberries and spinach.

Step 5:

Lifestyle

Avoid smoking as this depletes the levels of vitamin C in your body and causes extra lines around the mouth. Avoid alcohol which is ageing and dehydrating. Use products and eat food containing anti-oxidants as this will help protect your skin from pollution.
