How To Bake Gourmet Cupcakes

  • 250 g caster sugar
  • 250 g organic butter
  • chocolate butter cream icing
  • 250 g flour
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 280 g free range eggs
  • 50 g chocolate powder

Step 1: Mix The Butter And Eggs

Add 250g sugar and 250g butter into a mixing bowl and mix until teh butter is soft. Add 2 tsp of vanilla extract to the bowl and pour in 285g of free range eggs whilst mixing.

Step 2: Bake The Cupcakes

Mix 250g self raising flour and 50g of chocolate powder, and sift into the eggs, then fold everything together. Put the mixture into the cupcake cases. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, and bake in the oven for 17 minutes.

Step 3: Ice The Cupcakes

Put chocolate cream icing on the cupcakes. Make a hollow in the middle and place a fondant rose on top. Place a wrapper around the cupcake and serve.
