Okay, today, I'm going to talk to you about how to be a good kisser. Now, kissing isn't actually that hard, as long as you're relaxed about it. Don't focus on, “Do I need to be in a certain position? What are they thinking”? It really is about being relaxed.

Slow it down. The one thing we get is whether the guy or the girl goes in too quickly, and it gets a bit messy. So just slow it down.

You can pay attention to the way their head is tilted, so you're not going in direct and head butting the girl or guy. So, slow it down and make sure that you do tilt your head slightly. To be on the safe side, I would actually say go for a soft and slow kiss rather than trying to make it all technical, and tongues out and mouth open and all wet and slobbering.

So for the first couple of kisses, you can actually just keep your mouth closed and give them a soft kiss. Girls actually really like that. Make sure that you're physically close enough where you can hold the person or put your arm around them.

You don't want to be literally leaning in to kiss the person and lose your balance. Try and clear your head and just focus on what you're doing, and be totally and one hundred percent present. Don't worry about whether or not they're enjoying it.

As long as you focus on what you're doing, and just relax about it, don't try and make it too technical or complicated, and just be conscious of their space, you'll be a perfect kisser. Trust me. And once you start practicing, then you can get a little bit more creative.

Finally, what I would say is make sure that the kiss suits the environment. So If you've been going out with somebody and you think they're really hot and you really want to go in and have a nice long slow kiss, maybe doing it in a classroom full of other people isn't the right place. So, pick your environment.

Choose the right time to do it, because you're going to be a lot more relaxed and enjoy it more if you haven't got lots of other faces looking at you. But I would say those are some really basic techniques on how to be a good kisser.
