I'm going to tell you about how to become a probation officer. Probation officers work with offenders during the actual sentencing and after sentencing and on release. They are responsible for forcing the court orders, the licenses which the law places the offender under.

But their main job is actually the rehabilitation. They're trying to encourage the offender to understand that there is a future to help them practically and psychologically to live a more awesome life.
