Hi, my name is Renee Barca. I work at IMM Model Agency, I'm going to speak to you about how the modeling agency works. I'm going to explain to you how to become an Abercrombie and Fitch model.

This is just like any other job. A lot of models are Abercrombie and Fitch models because the company preferred to use better looking people than your regular looking people. To be an Abercrombie and Fitch model, you need to have a good body to do so.

In this case with men, they like them to be quite buff and fitness looking. With women, it is a very similar Victoria's Secret type look. Nice bust, small waist, and a nice curvy bottom.

Also, height plays a big part on this as well, but I don't think it will work too much against you. However, five foot seven for women and six foot for men is probably the ideal height. Now to be an Abercrombie and Fitch model, the best way to do it is to apply directly to the store about how to go about going it.

It's just like a normal job interview. You have to go in and be interviewed with seven other people and you get to talk to the director of the company and they look at you to see how well you are with personality and how well your body looks as well. Personality is a huge part in the Abercrombie and Fitch model world because obviously, you're going to be meeting lots of different people everyday.

You might be taking pictures with them so they want someone who is quite happy and confident to do so. Again, it's just like a job interview that you go into and you get asked questions that you would get asked at any other retail interview. The sort of look that this includes is a quite surfy, good looking, tan, tall model.

If you have that look, you'll probably be a lot better off at getting the job than say somebody who looks like me who's very short and doesn't have that type of look. .
