Today, I'm going to talk about how to become an alpha male. What makes an alpha male? An alpha male is someone who controls situations and attracts women. So, how can you do that? The number one thing is your attitude.

So, the attitude of an alpha male is someone who is confident, someone who is cool, someone who is calm, and someone who is collected - never anxious, never worried - the type of person who women feel protected by, the type of person who women feel as strong, someone who can really defend them against other people. Attitude is one thing. Now, you can portray and put across your attitude through your body language and through your voice.

The body language of an alpha male is a man who stands tall, has his shoulders back, has his chest open. He breathes deeply and slowly. When you breathe fast, you come across as anxious.

He stands firmly on two feet. And even though he may not be as tall as other guys, he actually appears tall. The voice of an alpha male is a man who has a deep voice and probably a bit louder than other men.

Now, this doesn't mean to say that you deafen everyone around you with a loud voice, but you do sound clear and confident in your voice. The reason why women want to be around alpha males is because alpha males have confidence. They have that can-do attitude, they can deal with anything which comes their way, they have a competitive edge, so they're not going to be beaten by any other men.

They're going to win. Alpha males also know exactly what they want and they will stop at nothing to get it. So, if there's a woman they want, they will pursue them, and pursue them, and pursue them until they get that woman.

The other thing to notice about an alpha male is that they are always proud of their appearance. Now, they're not necessarily vain or go for amount of treatments. They may not be the best looking guys in the room, but they are proud about something of their appearance.

So, it could be their height, it could be their cheeky smile, it could be the fact that they have strong arms. They are proud of something about their appearance and they let you know that. The thing to remember about being alpha male is that there is actually a scale of being alpha male.

Right at the extreme scale are the alpha males who women probably actually don't want to get involved in. So, they are the philanderers, they are the people who would beat someone up at a night club, they're someone who has moods and aggressive, aggressive tendencies. What women are usually looking for are men who are further down on the alpha male scale, but they still have the confidence.

They have the strengths, but actually, they want to be loyal to their woman and they find outlets for their aggression. So, it could be doing martial arts, it could be something that allows them to be aggressive without it being inappropriate. So, that's how to become an alpha male.
