Method
Open Internet Explorer.
Click 'Tools' in the top right corner.
Click 'Internet Options' in the drop-down menu.
Click 'Privacy' tab.
Under the 'Privacy' tab click 'Sites'.
Type or paste in the address of the website you would like to block.
Click 'Ok', then 'Ok' again.
