How To Braid Your Hair

This is Lauralyn from the Braiding Lounge Academy. I am now about to explain how you do a plait on your own hair. As you can see, the lady has taken the hair into three separate strands and she's then begun her braid by taking one outer strand over the middle strand, and again outer strand over the middle strand and continuing the action all the way down till the end of the braid.

As you can see, that's what she is doing, taking the outside over the inside, taking the outside strand again over the inside all the way down till the end of the braid. And that is basically how you do simple free strand plait on your own hair. .
