I'm going to show you how to make some tea today. I've got four different varieties. I've got the Builders' Breakfast, I've got the Earl Grey and I've got two herbal tea bags.

A good favorite of mine is I've got a four-pinter tea pot, helps infusion and just gives that more rustic taste to the tea bag as well. It's very, very tasty as well. So I've got my kettle on for the boil.

You've got to have boiling water for your tea. I just poured him because today, I'm not going to use the pot. But it's more of an example if you were doing a communal, you know, three or four people - that's what four pints are, three tea bags per tea pot.

So, with the herbals, I literally pour straight into the cups, and if you do like your sweet, your sweeteners maybe just a literal teaspoon of sugar per cup, it's entirely up to you. With the Earl Grey, I like it black but some people like adding milk. So again, it's all about personal taste.

So, here we go, boiling hot water into our cups. Now, always think that herbal tea bags take a little bit longer than normal tea, so I would probably let it infuse a little longer than the normal tea. As you know, the Builders' has got color already.

We want to add water to impose on that leaf and get some flavor released from the tea. I like my tea quite strong so it's already coming to a nice color now and I'll leave that in there for another couple of seconds. Again, the herbal, they need a bit more time just to take on board.

But they're not very porous when it comes to adding water to the herbal; it just takes a little bit longer to penetrate the herbs in the bag. So just give it the time to get the flavor to release in there. I'm going to take my tea bag out of there.

I'm happy with that color there. I'll just take that out. Lovely color, not too much milk there, perfect cup of tea there! If you still noted, there's still not a lot of action going on with the herbals.

But I'm just going to take one out. I just want to see it be ready. Just take that out.

I'm going to take this one as well, obviously, a different taste, a different color. Some do take a bit longer. I am just going to try that one being careful.

Perfect, absolutely perfect! I'll just try that one as well. Again, if you like it sweet, just add a bit of sugar or sweetener to it. Never add any milk at all.

And that's how I brew my tea. .
