- Chicken Breast
Step 1: Tenderise
Place the chicken breast on a sheet of cling film and put another sheet over the top. Tenderise the chicken by flattening it with a heavy object.
Step 2: Broil
Season the chicken with salt and pepper. Bring a griddle pan to a really high heat, then place the chicken breast at an angle. Move the breast about every two minutes to a different angle. After a total of about eight minutes, remove from the heat and serve.
