Hi, I'm Joe from Soho gyms and I'm a personal trainer. We have six site across London. We have free weights, resistant machine, cardio equipment,studios, and also class.

I'm gonna show you how to build great muscles. Today, I will be showing you how to build bulked muscles. I will be showing you a technique that can be used and applied to any exercise all over the world.

Its important that you find a weight that you can lift about 8 to 10 reputation in 3 sets. If you find that you can lift the weight for more then 10, you need to bring the weights up. If you find that you can't lift up to 8 reps you need to bring your weights down.

Today we will be looking at the pulley, which is a back exercise, but the technique can be applied to any muscle group of the body. With the pulley, you need to place your feet down to the foot plates, extend your legs out, lift your chest up; shoulders back. Chin up as well.

It starts with you arms extended out pull the weights in. Squeeze in. And set it back down.

Want to try to keep the elbows close to your side as possible. Make sure your back stays straight all the way through the exercise. Its also important when your lifting, you don't lean yourself back cause you put a lot of strain on your lower back rather then your upper back where the exercise should be working.

If you use a lifting technique finding a weight between 8 and 10 reputations with 3 sets you will find that you can lift bulked muscle. .
