How To Build Deltoids

This video will show you how to develop your shoulder muscles individually and as a whole. Attain perfect symmetry by performing the exercises in this video.

The technical name for your shoulders is deltoids. Deltoids are comparted in three different areas, your interior deltoid (front), medial deltoid (middle), and posterior deltoid (back). Lets' say you only have a bar, I'll show you two exercises.

The first is close grip upright row. Shoulders back, chest out, slowly come up, and slowly come down. A different exercise is the shoulder press.

Starting resting on your chest, lift up and come down. Those two exercises will develop overall the muscles in your deltoids. With dumbbells, you can do the lateral raise that works your medial deltoids.

You can also do the shoulder press. Next, there is the front raise that works your interior deltoids. Then, finally, you can work your rear deltoids.

And that's it; there are two exercises to work with the barbell and four with the dumbbells to build your deltoids. .
