If you are a fitness and body building enthusiast and want to bulk up your muscles, then this video has all the right and simple tips which you can use the next time you are working out in the gym or your home.
In this video, I am going to talk to you about how to bulk up muscle. When you are bulking up muscles, you have to do the right exercises in the right way. I am going to show you two, one for your lower body, the best exercise you can do, and one for your upper body, one of the best upper body exercise you can do to bulk up.
First, we are going to do the squat. I will show you first. Notice I am sticking my bum out, going out low, standing up straight.
My bar is resting on my neck. It's a very smooth movement. It perks up my crotch, my legs and my bum muscles.
When I am done, I very slowly come forward and squat down. Whenever you are lifting weights and it's near your head, be extra careful, really safe. The next exercise I am going to do for upper body, our tips, bulk up the back of your arm and triceps and your flex.
When you are trying to work your arms, it makes sense to do the back because the triceps takes up two thirds of the arms, with the biceps taking up the third. Coming up straight, I am leaning forward. I am activating my chest muscles as well my triceps.
If you are doing the parallel bar dip as I just showed you, that bulks up your chest to a major. A little bit of shoulder muscles and the tricep muscles at the back of your arms. It is fantastic exercise.
I recommend as many as you can. If you can, then you can start adding weights to your sides. And that's two fantastic exercises you can do to bulk up. .
