I want to just talk for a second about how to buy a barbeque and really what to look for; and if we use the barbeque that I've got here at the moment, I actually think, generally speaking, you do get what you paid for. For about thirty-five, forty quid, you can pick up something like this. Obviously, always make sure it's got the little ventilation, it's got a tray to collect your ash, you've got a sub-grill which leaves a bit of distance between the main grill and where you put the charcoal on.

And as far as brands are concerned, you know, I always go with Weber. They're definitely the best. Also, if you get a barbeque on Google, you can get some really good bargains at the moment, particularly in the run-up to summer.

The other thing is, you know, you can go with electric, but I genuinely think if you're going to do a barbeque, you may as well go for something like this if you're going to spend all the money, really, all you're going to end up with something which is not dissimilar to what you have in your kitchen. So, my advice when buying a barbeque is always go with the traditional charcoal barbeque - costs you about thirty-five, forty quid, and if you're cooking for very large groups, sort of, you know, seventies to hundreds, then maybe get one of those large troughs, and the other thing you might want to do, if you're getting fish, just get one of those little cages you put the fish in, close the cage, stick them on the barbeque and keep turning them around. Barbeques, you can get at places like B&Q, Home-Base, or good garden centers, certainly, online is a good place, places like Home-Base, or in my book, the best place is to source a barbeque, and remember, go with charcoal, and not electric.

And that's how to buy a barbeque. .
