Tech expert Rachael Downie shows you how to purchase apps for your Android phone in this easy to follow tutorial.
Method
Tap 'Play Store' on your Android phone. To view all the apps on the Android market, tap 'Apps.' If you are looking for a specific app, go to the magnifying glass in the top right hand corner of the screen, type in the name of the app you're looking for and press 'Search.'
To browse the apps, swipe from right to left and browse the selection. Tap on the app you wish to buy and you will see a description of the app. In the top right hand corner of the screen you will see the price of the app. Tap the price and tap on 'Accept and Buy.' You may be asked to sign into your account. You may also be asked to select a payment method or add a new card. Once you have filled in your payment details tap 'Save.' Accept the terms and confitions by tapping on the tick box. Tap on 'Accept and Buy' and the app will start downloading immediately.
