Step 1: Pick Your Pic

Select Pictures on your Zune's main menu...Find the folder containing the photo you want to use as your background and select it…Then find the picture you want and bring it into the main window by clicking on it.

Step 2: Menu Me

Bring up the main menu by clicking on the center of your control pad...Choose apply as background
