  • There are two types of chest pop in krumping: the slow pop, and the fast pop.
  • For the slow pop, breathe deeply so your chest lifts up and expands, then breathe out all in one go.
  • The quick pop is like a pulse; imagine your heart is trying to escape from your chest.
  • In krumping you should keep your body low, with your knees bent, and your back a little hunched.
