How To Choose Perfect Rhinestone Wedding Shoes

Rhinestone wedding shoes are a brilliant way of adding more sparkle to such a bedazzling day. But still to keep it proper, bridal boutique owners Ellie and Charlotte have got a few words for you.

We're going to talk to you about how to choose your perfect wedding shoes. When choosing your shoes for your wedding dress, we highly recommend that you get a sample of fabric from your dressmaker or from the boutique that you're actually getting your dress from. Once you've got that, that will really help you work out what colour shoe you need to get for your dress.

Another thing you need to figure out is how high you want the shoe to go and you need to find a style that actually suits the wedding dress that you've ordered. When choosing your perfect rhinestone wedding shoe, you really need to consider the style of your dress and whether the amount of sort of rhinestones that you're going for suits the dress that you're having. If you really want to have some kind of rhinestone or sparkle but your dress is actually very traditional, sort of lace dress, then maybe something like this would be better than a completely kind of full-on sparkly shoe like this.

These shoes are generally much better for a slinkier dress, maybe a sort of more vintage style dress where you can kind of get away with them a bit more glamorous, a bit more sort of 1930's rather than a sort of lace dress. But this is a really good sort of intermediate shoe if you still want a bit of sparkle but your dress isn't that sort of style. They're quite for the sort of vintage lace look and these are more sort of glam.

Another thing to consider when choosing rhinestone shoes or thinking about having rhinestone shoes, is the actual rhinestones themselves. They need to be really smooth to be wedding dress shoes simply because you don't want your dress to catch. This applies to structured dresses and fluid dresses because underneath a structured dress, you will have a netting and everything which can get caught, which might cause you to trip or it might just get caught and make the dress hanging funny or pull your hem which is the last thing you want in your wedding day.

And with the slinky dress, you need a shoe that the fabric's going to sort of hang over. These ones are really smooth and because it's got a satin, that kind of really helps if you do a bit of sparkle. This one, if it's more of a slipper satin, it's generally okay if it's lined because that's the kind of style in the dress and the design as a wedding shoe, so they normally kind of do that.

But if you just get them off the high street, then they may not be sort of filed down. So, they do need to, you know, you can simply run your finger over it and see how soft they are. As Ellie said, if they are proper wedding shoes, that would be accounted for.

If they're not, then you need to consider getting it from the high street like a lot of people do. They go to the designer shops to get their shoes, so you just need to make sure they are smooth. And that's how you choose your perfect rhinestone wedding shoes. .
