Hi, my name is Ricardo Macedo and I am here today to give some good tips and show you how to do some exercise. We are in my gym in Kensington, London W8, so you can find us on our website www.r-fitness.

co.uk, so come with me and we are going to show you some tips, here we go. Hi, how to choose the best cross trainer shoes.

It's not as simple as it looks, it's more complicated than that. First of all, you have to classify what type of shoes you have. You can classify it in 3, neutral, under pronate and over pronate.

What that means, the way you normally step on the floor. So if you step with your foot slightly inclined to inside, so you are under pronate, so if you step the other way around, if you lift a little bit outside is over pronate. So that makes a huge difference when you buy a trainer for running or for cross training.

So if you have a personal trainer or your doctor, they can advice you on that. That kind of information will help you a lot when you are going to buy your trainers. Some shops, they do a little test on the treadmill, some shop specialize and help you.

So according to your foot type, you are going to have a special shoe. So therefore, you are going to have a better performance when you are training. So make sure that you feel nice and comfortable on the back of your heels and at the bow of your feet, it spreads nice and a little bit of gap at the front of your toes.

It is always good to have a bigger shoe when you are running. Your feet sometimes are swollen due to stress of running or cross training. So therefore, it is not going to be too tidy or comfortable.

Follow those steps are you are going to be okay. Take care. .
