Linen trousers are great white trousers. They're a good summer staple and the leg is really wide which is really good at concealing thick thighs or even skinny legs. So they're quite good, again, for most body shapes.

If you are pear-shaped, then white trousers aren't the ideal color for you. But that doesn't mean to say that you can't wear them. You just have to have a more flamboyant top or a wider, maybe a boyfriend shirt, a baggy, oversized shirt to actually draw the eye upwards.

But they are good for the broad shoulders or the larger bust because the white trousers will draw attention down to the bottom. You can also choose the white trousers in the cropped style, which again is an ideal summer staple. The light color will draw attention down to the bottom.

So for pear shapes, just be careful what you wear on the top. Again, wear an oversized boyfriend t-shirt knotted at the front which is a trend this season. If you've got a large bust or broad shoulders, you can wear black because monochrome is always a good classic look.
