How To Clean A Car Engine

This video shows you how to clean car engines from the bonnet to every compartment and the engine parts. You need a degreaser, some water, and perhaps this tutorial to make sure you are doing it properly.

Hi. Today, we're going to show you how to clean an engine. First of all, you need to get a good degreaser engine cleaner which you can purchase from any high street accessory shop or motor shop and alternatively, you contact our selves and we will supply you with it.

So, make sure you cover the whole of the under bonnet with degreaser, slowly working your way from the top and going your way downwards on the vehicle and ensuring you cover all the end of the bonnet and also including all compartments and engine parts. Once the vehicle and engine compartments are fully covered with degreaser, so switch the engine on and get your job wash and rinse the vehicle. Again, starting from the top, working your way down to the bottom, so after you left the engine to dry off and steamed the excess water off, reopen the bonnet, get yourself a cloth, a soft microfiber cloth is always best to use, and wipe off the excess water from the inside of the bonnet, working your way again from the top and on your way down the bonnet until you ensure that all the water has come off and there's no water left to prevent any water marks from reappearing and that will ensure also all the dirt has been taken away from underneath the bonnet.

What we're doing now is just wiping off all the excess water that's been left after we left the vehicle running for about 5 minutes to steam off and help release any grease from the vehicle engine by any road track that may have build up underneath here. It also allows you to be able to check all your oils, water, all levels underneath the vehicle, without having the necessity of needing to wash your hands or cleaning your hands afterwards as everything is now clean. And this is how you clean an engine. .
