How To Clean A Computer Keyboard

Step 1: Tap

Turn your keyboard over and tap it to shake out any loose dirt.

Step 2: Blow

Blow canned, compressed air into all the nooks and crannies of your keyboard to loosen even more dirt, then turn it upside down and tap again to shake out what's left.

Step 3: Clean

Wipe your keyboard with a damp, lint-free cloth. If water alone isn't doing it for you, try a diluted dishwashing liquid solution. And if that doesn't work, you can try a little rubbing alcohol, but many manufacturers discourage it. Wipe the keys dry with a clean cloth, and you're good to go.
