In this short video, you can see an easy and effective method of cleaning laminate floors using baking soda and vinegar, along with useful tips on the procedure. If you've ever wondered how to properly clean your laminate floor, watch this video.
In this video, I'm going to show you how to clean laminate floors. You will need some vinegar, baking soda, a bucket of warm water and a mop. You will need to sprinkle your baking soda into your bucket like this and this will help get rid of all your marks and dirty bits.
Then, you will need some vinegar; I'm just gently pouring about half a cup, cool? As you can see here, it's fizzing and that's going to help clean your floors for you and make them nice and shiny. Then, in your mop, that's it, make sure your mop is fully covered, nice and wet, then you're going to have to wring it, quite tight like this, all the way round and get as much water as you can out as possible because too much water on laminate floors will make them warp. Then you'll need to wash your floor, make sure you do some nice even strokes like this, make sure you overlap, this will give full coverage, make sure you don't miss any bits, and then, your edges.
Pay particular attention to your edges because they get quite filthy and you can miss a few times and then just get gently up and down like this and then when you finish, get your mop back in right there and keep wringing out because we don't want it wet. That's it, there, and when you finish, leave to dry naturally, otherwise you'll have footprints and marks on your lovely clean laminate floor or you could slip over and have an accident. And that's how you clean laminate floors. .
