This tutorial teaches you how to do a coco slide on a skateboard.

Step 1:
-
Coco slide
-
I'm Original Team rider Sean Burke and today you're going to learn how to Coco Slide.
To learn to Coco Slide, you're going to need some side-step wheels. And that means on the back-side of the wheel the bearing and the wheel are going to be even with each other. While on the other side of the wheel, the bearing is going to be a lot deeper so the wheel actually covers the bolt of the truck. So to get a level wheel, put a bunch of washers in between the wheel and the truck to make sure it's level. Take a skate tool or other straight-edge and lay it across the board and the wheel. If the board and wheel touch in the same exact place, that means it's level.

Step 2:
-
The Wheels:
-
These are actually real skateboard's wheels plain wheel with about 58 millimeters, about 45 millimeters wide. They work perfect for this style or even lawnboarding. So what you can do, just pack some washers in there, check if it's even, then you're ready to Coco-Slide.
-
Step 3:
-
Foot Placement.
-
Foot placement for Coco Slides pretty different. The front foot is going to be at a 30-45 degree angle with the side of your board while the back foot is going to be perpendicular with the back wheel. Half of your foot is going to be on the board while you should apply pressure to your front foot and guide the board up just to lay on the wheels.
Stick with it and you'll learn how to Coco Slide.
