Over the next couple of minutes, I'm going to tell you how to control your dreams. Do you have dreams that have become pipe dreams; maybe you want to run a marathon, maybe you want to write a book, but they have become so farfetched that you believe they will never happen? If this is the case, it's time to start setting goals. What is your goal, define that goal, define that dream and make it a reality.

Start to visualize having reached that goal, having created that dream. How does it feel? What does it look like, what do you look like? When you're there, what does it sound like? What are people saying to you when you've reached that goal? If you can visualize it, you can really start to get yourself on track. Now, by account, how you can get to that goal, so for example, if it's running a marathon, maybe it's just a case of working out how many weeks you need to train for that marathon.

Where are you right now in terms of getting to that goal, so what strings do you already have to your bow that is going to help you get there? If you're running a marathon, maybe at the moment, you can run 3k, so how many more kilometers do you need to train for to get to that goal? Work out each step, each week, what you're going to do to get you that bit further .Then, look at what your obstacles are. It maybe that you have beliefs in your way, maybe you don't believe that you have that dream, maybe it's become such a pipe dream that no longer does it feel real for you.

Start to change that negative belief so that you know you can actually get there. Once you worked out what those barriers are, work out how you can get around them and then start right now. What's the first step you can take? And enjoy every step of your journey.
