How To Convert Your ITunes Songs To WAV Files If You Have A MAC
Sometimes you need to convert music files so that they can play on any CD player. Follow these easy steps to learn how to convert your songs to WAV files in iTunes.
Step 1: You Will Need
iTunes
Step 2: Launch iTunes
Click on the iTunes icon in your dock to launch the program.
Step 3: Open Preferences
Go up to the iTunes menu on your desktop and choose Preferences. When the dialog box opens, click on Advanced.
Step 4: Convert Your File
Click on the middle tab toward the top of the dialog box, labeled Importing. In the Import Using header, choose the WAV encoder from the drop-down menu.
Step 5: Choose A Song To Convert
Choose a song to convert from your library by clicking on the song and holding down the command key on your keyboard. Hold down the control key and click on the song or group of songs you wish to convert. When the contextual menu appears, choose Convert Selection To WAV.
