Method

To cook a live crab, place them in the freezer for around 10 minutes to put them to sleep. Once they are asleep, put them in a large pan of boiling water for between 20 and 30 minutes.

Once cooked, break the crab apart and smash the shell and claws. Pull the white crab meat apart and scoop out the brown meat.
