Ingredients

  • 2 pork steaks

Method

Tenderise the meat by placing it between two sheets of cling film and hitting it with a rolling pin.

Place on a hot griddle pan and fry for a couple of minutes on either side. Ensure that the meat is cooked thoroughly before serving.
