How To Cook An Easy Chicken Curry

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups (380ml) Masala Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Tomato Puree
  • 450 g Chicken Pieces
  • Fresh Coriander

Step 1: Fry the Sauce

Add some oil to a pan (such as a karahi or wok) and bring to a high heat. Add the masala sauce and stir, then add the tomato puree.

Step 2: Cook the Chicken

Add the chicken pieces and stir to keep the high heat evenly distributed. Reduce to a simmer and cook for about 10 minutes until the chicken is ready.

Step 3: Serve

Transfer to a bowl and garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
