The worst thing you can to to cauliflower is to overcook it. Here's a way to cook cauliflower while still keeping the crisp fresh taste.

Ingredients
- 1 cauliflower
- salt
Method
Begin by cutting the florets off the cauliflower head, leaving behind the stalk. You can then cut the florets in half, the smaller the florets the quicker they will cook.
Heat a pan of boiling water with salt in it, this will raise the temperature of the boiling water.
Cook for 4-5 minutes depending on the size of you cauliflower pieces.
Submerge the cauliflower in cold water to stop them cooking.
