We're going to cook a lovely chicken. Very refreshing, very nice, very easy to cook, which is the main thing. It has been marinated overnight in a quite a few ingredients including light soy sauce, sesame oil, white wine, garlic, ginger and chili flakes.
The only thing I'm going to add now is some grated lime which is very refreshing and as well some lemon grass which I'm going to bruise and put on the top of it. What were going to do is put on top of it which is really nice for the dish. Lemon grass should always be bruised and not cut so the flavor will come out nicely and can spread over the dish which Is nice.
, Very simple just put it on top of the chicken like that. So the reason you bruise lemon grass is to have all the flavor and the scent to come out and spread all over the dish. You don't need to cut it.
When you cut it, you don't have the flavor the same. I can already smell it on the bowl which is fantastic and a little bit of grated lime just to bring a little more scent into the dish which is really nice. So simple dish.
Now in a Panasonic microwave oven on low heat so it will allow you're chicken to be moist and cook very gently so it's very nice. 15 minutes and that's it. Ok, so the chicken is ready now, done, still warm and juicy.
Very nice, the smell is fantastic. We're going to put some spring onion on the top. Sprinkle with spring onions and serve with a nice steamed rice which will be wonderful.
You can smell all the flavors from there that's why the lemon grass and the lime does the trick because it really refreshing and its very nice. Done, ready, 15 minutes.
