Ingredients

  • 1 venison steak
  • butter
  • oil
  • pepper
  • salt

Method

Heat up a frying pan, then add a little butter and oil.

Season your steak with a little salt and pepper.

Lay the venison in the pan and cook for 30 seconds, then turn over and brown the other side for another 30 seconds. Baste the steak with the pan juices while you fry it.

Put it in the oven for 8-9 minutes.
