Step 1: Pan Fry the Fennel
Heat some butter in a pan, add some sliced fennel. Add some sugar to caramelize the fennel. Add some fennel seeds and shake. Chop some dill from the top of the fennel. Cook to the texture of your choice. Add a pinch of salt.
