- 1 bag spinach
- 1 tomato, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, sliced
- 1/2 tsp cumin seeds

Add cooking oil to a hot pan. You can use sunflower oil, corn oil or cold-pressed rapeseed oil.
Add a quarter to a half a teaspoon of cumin seeds, then add the sliced garlic and cook for about a minute. Add the spinach and wilt down. Season the spinach with salt as it is cooking. Spinach needs quite a bit of salt.
Add a chopped tomato and cook for a further few minutes, until the spinach has wilted and the tomato is cooked through. Serve with curries, meat or fish.
