How To Cook Grilled Pork Loin
Nev from Cookery Coach shows how to cook grilled pork loin. This recipe makes for a succulent marinated loin featuring paprika, chilli powder and chopped garlic. Simply delicious with salad and potatoes.

Ingredients
- 300 g pork loin
- 1 tsp garlic, chopped
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1/2 lime, juiced
- pinch of sea salt
- pinch of black pepper
- pinch of paprika
- pinch of chilli powder
Step 1: Make the Marinade
Take the pork loin and trim off all silver skin. Place the loin into a food bag. Add 1 tsp chopped garlic, a pinch of salt, a pinch of pepper, a pinch of paprika, a pinch of chilli powder, some olive oil and lime juice.
Step 2: Marinate the Loin
Rub the loin to distribute the ingredients. Seal the bag, get rid of any air in the bag and leave for 1 hour to marinate.
Step 3: Grill the Loin
Once marinated, take loin out of the bag and scrape off the garlic. Head a griddle to medium heat, cook loin for 2-3 minutes on all four sides. Then transfer to 180C oven for about 8 minutes.
Step 4: Rest, Carve and Serve
Check the loin is cooked, take it out of the oven, allow to rest for 5-10 minutes. Carve and serve.
