How To Cook Kale

Ingredients
- 1/2 cups (120ml) onion, chopped
- 1 garlic, chopped
- chilli powder
- 1 butter
- olive oil
- 2 cups (500ml) kale
- 1 cups (250ml) chicken stock
Method
Heat your butter and olive oil in a pan, add your onion, garlic and a pinch of chilli powder. Mix and cook for about 30 seconds, then add your kale and mix again.
Add a little chicken stock, bring to the boil, then simmer for 10-12 minutes with the lid on.
Keep checking it to make sure the liquid hasn't run out.
Once the kale is cooked, remove the lid and reduce the stock right down.
