  • 2 liver fillets
  • salt
  • pepper
  • butter
  • olive oil

Method

Lightly season your liver with salt and pepper on both sides.

Heat a little olive oil and butter in a frying pan, then add your liver. It should take about 45 seconds before you turn them over. Cook for another 45 seconds on the second side and serve.
