Ingredients

  • 2 portobello mushrooms
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 white wine
  • 1 cups (250ml) cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • olive oil
  • chilli powder

Method

Cut the stalks out or your mushrooms and dice the stalks up.

Pour a little oil into a hot frying pan and add your onions, diced stalks and a pinch of chilli powder. Mix well. Then add the garlic and your white wine and remove from the heat.

Add your onion mix to the breadcrumbs, then add about half of the egg and mix it all together.

Pour a little olive oil over the mushrooms and rub it in, then spoon the mixture into the mushroom cavities. Drizzle over a little olive oil and sprinkle over some salt. Cook in the oven for about 10 minutes.
